The Ravines is an 82 parcel planned unit condominium development located in a naturally wooded area, just east of Saugatuck, Michigan. In an effort to preserve the characteristics of the development, new home construction must meet certain criteria, and activities within the association follow certain guidelines and by laws.
Meandering through the development, the Arnold Palmer golf course is highly regarded among West Michigan and visiting golfers alike. The course is semi-private; you need not be a member to live at The Ravines. The association recently built a swimming pool for residents and their guests, which further distinguishes The Ravines as a premier residential community.
