In order to preserve the architectural integrity of The Ravines, each home design is reviewed by the Committee for Landscaping Environmental and Architectural Review (CLEAR). Our goal is assist the homeowner and contractor in understanding building specifications established by the Ravines Home Owners Association. Building standards are provided as a reference before and during construction.

CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
Ravines property owners, together with their building contractors, are required to construct their new home according to these standards.
