Governing Documents

A set of Bylaws governs the basic do’s and don’ts of living in a condominium community such as Ravines. Also, to preserve the architectural integrity of The Ravines, changes to home design and landscaping are reviewed by the Committee for Landscaping Environmental and Architectural Review (CLEAR). There are a few remaining lots that require home construction. Our goal is to assist the homeowner and contractor understand building specifications established by the Ravines Home Owners Association. Building standards are provided as a reference before and during construction.

Like any set of laws or regulations, there is room for improvement and occasional variation in interpretation. That said, when required, the administration’s action is intended to be fair and in the interest of all HOA members.
